IN DEFENCE OF VEGANISM | response to ex-vegans

In this video, I discuss the recent events where vegan influencers have quit veganism and talk about my thoughts as to why this is. I also discuss MY personal experience on a vegan lifestyle for the last (almost) five years.

“It is the position of the American Dietetic Association that appropriately planned vegetarian diets, including total vegetarian or vegan diets, are healthful, nutritionally adequate, and may provide health benefits in the prevention and treatment of certain diseases. Well-planned vegetarian diets are appropriate for individuals during all stages of the life cycle, including pregnancy, lactation, infancy, childhood, and adolescence, and for athletes.”

Vegan Backpacking Meal Prep & Ideas! (Nootka Trail). Packing for Nootka trail on Vancouver Island! Somewhat healthy, but totally vegan. It’s actually really easy to be vegan while backpacking and it was surprisingly simple to find a wide variety of vegan backpacking food at major stores. Vegan meals while doing strenuous activities like backpacking can be a lifesaver for your gut health and energy levels.

THINGS TO DO AT THE ALGARVE | vegan food & activities | the vegan travelers

The Algarve – the southernmost region of continental Portugal. Blue Atlantic Ocean, sandstone-colored cliffs, turquoise bays, beige sand beaches, white old towns and green nature parks adorn the beautiful coastline. With Europe’s most sunny days justifiably known as the sunshine paradise, all sorts of things other than sunbathing can be done here as well.
