How can you become a high-caliber atheist you’re going to need to learn how to become nothing like the close-minded underdeveloped religious people that you’re obviously better than so that you can rise to gold medal status and atheism I’m going to share with you the 10 essential atheist commandments that you need to know thou shalt not believe in anything that can’t be proven as an atheist your ability to believe that you can disprove things by pointing out that those things can’t be proven proves that you’re always right you can’t prove the heaven exists and that proves there is no heaven check my son thou shalt not have any religion pretty obvious here having a religion is a surefire way of killing your free will which is the holy grail of atheism since I found atheism my life is turned around I’ve never been happier life makes so much more sense to me now I love being an atheist thou shalt not be dogmatically close-minded your intelligence and being a person of science makes you more advanced than those with a dogmatic religious mindset science tells you what’s real and what’s not signs of not old end up path to truth it’s the only path to truth everything else is bogus thou shalt believe that no one can tell you what happens after you die heaven hell you’re smart enough to know that no one knows what happens I’ll tell you what happens you after you die nothing it’s just like you’ve gotten that safe and you never wake up that’s what happens guaranteed thou shalt not believe in saviors and their holy books you need to understand that the idea of one man in his book having all the answers is foolish if you want to know the truth you need to read God Delusion by Richard Dawkins it explains everything so true thou shalt view creationism as an insulting ly childish idea as an atheist you need to be appalled at the idea that some higher power could magically create this intricate world the world was created by the Big Bang there was almost immeasurable power to it much more power than what a person is capable of harnessing it’s like there was a higher amount of power in the Big Bang thou shalt criticize religious people for being offended when their beliefs are questioned it’s them showing signs of their weakness and their inability to be rash you think science is limited let me tell you something there is nothing more accurate than science don’t you use your brain maybe God didn’t give you a brain cuz there is no God so you got no brain thou shalt not believe that invisible forces are influencing you that’s about as likely as a bunny Lena chocolate egg gravity is a force constantly at work you’re under its influence 24/7 you can’t see it but it’s there Newton’s law and what have you though shalt replace flimsy faith with reason faith is a fleeting fallacy of the heart that’ll cause you to sail off the edge of the world reason ensures that your head always stays in control you can have complete faith that your ability to reason always leads you to the best decisions possible which is pretty reasonable thou shalt not believe that God is a loving God that is if there really was a God as an atheist you know that if there really was a loving God he wouldn’t let people get hurt and suffer it’s just common sense which also proves there is no God that’s substantial proof that you’re a bad parent and don’t love your children if you let them use your own free will because it will cause them to get hurt sometimes loving parents keep their children in cages so they’ll never get hurt that’s love with a solid grasp of these Commandments you’ll have a good life is a high functioning free thinking atheist enjoy what’s more important than subscribing to atheism is subscribing to my channel so please do that and God bless you’re not you

Vegan Spirituality Retreat

My name is Lisa Levinson I am a vegan activist I organized vegan spirituality meetups that meet monthly and also annual retreats to me vegan spirituality is the practice that includes and is based on compassion for all living beings so veganism is a spiritual path when we decide to be vegan it’s including all living beings in our ideas of compassion we need many many tools on this path and I think that’s what vegan spirituality brings to the movement sometimes the best thing that people can do is stay centered take a deep breath and just acknowledge we stand I think what it does is it helps you to plan ahead for where you need to go I think it’s desperately needed in the movement in general spirituality is a part of the human condition no matter what we call it passion heart love it all comes from our true eternal spirit and our own inner wisdom that humanity is capable of infinite unconditional love and care for all beings the retreat is an opportunity to really celebrate to bond together in a way create a sacred sanctuary where we can create our own rituals that relate to being vegan it’s about joy it’s about community it’s about love it’s about compassion it’s about empathy it’s about understanding one another and know that we all are suffering these each retreat contains elements of connecting to nature we have a walk that people take or going into nature on the property and sitting and doing a quiet meditation we offer meditation and yoga these are ways to connect with ourselves and then we invite speakers to come and share their view about veganism as a spiritual practice spiritual mentality is a an awareness of the interconnectedness of all of life and how our actions always boomerang back be kind to each other whatever you most want for yourself give that to others take some time out relax spend some time thinking about what it means to be doing the kind of work you’re doing we invite you to join us for a vegan spirituality retreat there are lots of fun it’s a great opportunity to meet people the vegan movement and also meet people who just you relate to meet people who also feel that veganism is part of their spiritual nature and it’s just a fun day it’s a really great event and I hope you can join

Is There a Spiritual Diet? – Teal Swan

The question that’s been selected this week is what diet can I eat to live the most spiritual life I’m really excited to receive this question because diet has been an obsession not just a passion for me for seven years when we’re talking about what diet is the best for a spiritual life what you’re basically saying is what diet is the best for me health-wise because health and spirituality go hand-in-hand they’re a married partner you can’t really take one away and have the other one remain intact they’re a vibrational match health and spirituality so what you want to be doing is trying to get your diet to a point where the foods that you’re eating are in there whole and complete form where they’re physiologically natural so what you want to be doing is eliminating simple carbohydrates you want to eliminate sugar you want to eliminate dairy you want to eliminate meat and processed foods many of you may know that part of my job is to work as a medical intuitive so when I am asserting this opinion of mine it is the opinion of somebody who is watching energy in the body when I’m watching somebody eat something I can see the way that your energy either resonates or does not resonate with the specific food group and while people all people are different and so they can deal with foods differently and resonate with different foods you know one person might have an easier time digesting meat than another person in general the same way that we could speak about all pesticides being bad for a human biological system we can talk about foods in general being bad or good for a human biological system and that’s the foods that I’m listing here today so the worst foods I’m going to list them from worst to least worst our has followed the worst food you can put in your body energetically in terms of what I’m seeing our substitute sugars things like saccharin aspartame and sorbitol the human body absolutely has a reaction to those chemical compounds like nothing I’ve ever seen I sometimes at times it’s a body reacts to those worse than they would even a drug like heroin so no substitute sugars the second one that is the worst on the list for people is preservatives and pesticides that’s pretty self-explanatory alcohol is after that I tend to disagree based on what I see that even a glass of wine is good for a human system I don’t watch people’s energy I’ve never watched a person’s energy regardless of their body type agree with alcohol the second or second the next worst it would be white flour any of your super simple starches your body treats those exactly like it would be a sugar sugar is an absolute nightmare for the body but if you break a carbohydrate down to it and to the point where it’s a simple carbohydrate your body is treating it exactly the same way that it would is sugar and sugar is a poison so no white flour no sugar margarine is the next worst after that and after that it’s dairy I have never met a person who can handle dairy even when they think that they can so when we’re talking about a diet that’s in line with health and aligned with spirituality it’s very essential to eliminate dairy in general you want to eliminate animal proteins the next one after that is fried foods those are absolutely denatured foods and one after that would be meat as far as energy is concerned the best diet for a human to be on would be a raw food no animal protein diet contrary to formal belief it is possible to get your proteins and get every single compound that you need for your body on a raw food diet and if that sounds a little bit difficult to do which I have to admit really really living healthily is is a lifestyle which you have to work your way into the next-best after raw food is is the vegan lifestyle so that would be the answer to how to live in line with health and spirituality those foods that are whole that are plan based are the ones which human beings in general resonate with the best energetically and likewise their cells and their entire biological system resonate with the easiest and best that being said we can get into a lot of trouble here with people trying to get into a lifestyle of health because a lot of times the changes they make create so much of a problem for them in terms of well now I’m denying myself constantly now this is such a huge stretch for me to get into this new way of living that I’m causing more problems for myself mentally than I am making up for in physical changes this is why I say that even though I’ve outlined here what the best type of a diet is to be on its best to sort of work your way incrementally into this the way to do that is to first change the thoughts that you’re thinking the reason is this when you change the thought you’re thinking change your focus and go on this spiritual path you will find that your physiology will resonate at a different level that instantly means that the more and more spiritual you get certain foods will resonate or not resonate with you this is the real reason why in a lot of spiritual circles you’ll see the same kind of diets among what people would call spiritual masters it’s because they’ve ascended to the certain level where the only feeds foods which are able to resonate with where they are physiologically and mentally are these certain kinds of foods so while diet can help you in your journey to find spirituality if you are following the path of spirituality you will be naturally inspired towards these types of foods so you could play it one way or the other way or a mix of both which is my suggestion and that is the way to get yourself to a healthy spiritual diet you

VEGAN FOOD AND SPIRITUALITY (ENLIGHTENMENT)

Hi guys and girls split the vegan again welcome back to my youtube channel and today I’m going to talk to you about true the spirituality because sorry for the I by the way fresh out the shower yet yeah I’ve been thinking today about food and spirituality a lot and like they connect so good that it’s worth talking about i think and when you see people being conscious and being into spirituality they most most of the time of vegan and also most vegans do yoga or meditation or just just yeah it connects so well and yeah for me the same happened in the last like six weeks i got into meditation I got into lucid dreaming astral projection and I learned a lot about it but some people think now that I’m that I might go too fast or I don’t know if that make make sense I even think that I go too fast to be honest and it’s just a lot of information to process when you think about it and seen a lot of videos about spirituality and about awakening and enlightenment and it’s hard to yeah it’s hard to realize it’s hard to to think by yourself okay this is it like this is I mean there are a lot of all things I could learn and get into about just being about living about mind and about things like that I pineal gland and cleansing it with food and becoming more conscious like this is it on that level so and actually some people think it’s weird some people think yeah like I said some people think I’m going too fast but is it is this going too far or is this just how it is and yeah that’s just interesting for me that what what what food did what food did with my mind I don’t know it’s such a such a crazy thing to talk about because I feel cleansed I feel more conscious I feel more alive I feel more humane also because I don’t consume anything that harms an animal or even yeah I don’t know it’s just food and enlightenment food and spirituality food food is everything to be honest food is what makes you what makes you realize certain things and food also impacts your mood obviously and when I eat bad food now even if it’s vegan when I eat lots of chocolate dose of potato chips lots of salt what lots of sugar process you when I eat these bad things I feel I feel okay but not as okay as I could be because I know that I can consume whole foods and be much more happier and my body feels much more happier when I exercise more I feel more happier and yeah food and mind and food in the body is such a an interesting and actually a sacred secret secret bond what they have and when you realize that you actually want more healthy foods and you blame yourself a lot more when you don’t you healthy sir and I actually didn’t even meditate last week and I also ate the worst kind of foods last week so it it’s all it’s all can I don’t know it’s all connected and yeah let me know what you think about food and spirituality because I’m getting into this right now and yeah I just wants other opinions about it because it’s a that’s a cool topic it’s a it’s interesting what food does with our mind with our body especially consciousness just conscious living compassionate living this was it for today so we’ll see you next time please like subscribe comment below love peace happiness

What is the relationship between diet and spirituality

I read a quote where you were discussing people’s food choices and how that’s connected maybe to their spirituality and I’m wondering if you can elaborate on how that’s connected especially concerning ahimsa thank you I would say I’ve never as I never do to tell people you should do this or you should not do that but you should be present with whatever your food choices are and then the right food choice will happen for you rather than giving a an abstract guideline it needs to come from within rather than as something from without so if you are vegetarian that’s wonderful it doesn’t mean that mediately makes you into a person who is spiritual you could be egoic li identified with being vegetarian in which case it would be a hindrance to the realization of the spiritual dimension so I saw I shocked a vegetarian once when I said did you know that Hitler was a vegetarian that person was very strongly identified with a mental image of me as a spiritual evolved vegetarian and so yes he was a very tired I don’t know why it was a vegetarian perhaps I don’t know I haven’t read about it but I know that when he whenever people around Hitler were eating chicken soup and so he said condescendingly so you’re eating dead bird soup so it really is it comes the answer to that comes from within you and you have to do what feels right what corresponds to your state of consciousness at any time when you go into when you even look at food or even think of food it is helpful to sometimes when I buy some foods I go into a supermarket or some and I look at the shelf I imagine that this is going into my body and then the body either opens after it or closes down and so if you are in touch with the body then that is quite helpful it makes it easier the mind often doesn’t really know what what the body really wants it’s a mind remember some past pleasure and wants to repeat it and that’s where overeating also occurs because it’s just overeating is on the external level on the physical level the need to fail a sense of insufficiency that is ultimately there on the SOI psychological spiritual level the sense of not enough is ego the ego lives from that sense of insufficiency of not enough and of needing more and for some people that becomes into the physical realm in which case and you eat more than the body really needs or wants and again it’s it’s a spiritual dilemma it can only be really ultimately transcended if you realize that you are not that needy entity that says I need more so body awareness helps a lot in food choice and then it’s up to you what it is that you feel and you will know there but you will not be in a dilemma you will know what is right for you and so this is all important answers need to come from within you

Sadhguru- Dont Be Identified As A Vegan Or Vegetarian.

See if is a question of survival eat garbage and you survive what’s the problem if it’s about survive I think largely we passed that situation of how to survive now it’s a question of choice we brought life to everything to a choice almost every human being can choose and eat there still is a segment of unfortunate population which cannot choose they have to eat what comes but that’s not so in this country definitely one can choose and eat so once choice comes what to eat there’s a whole dimension of how to know what to eat and what not to eat if I go into this dissin elaborate affair but every human being can generate the necessary awareness that if food appears you know what to eat and what not to eat above all what kind of food is your system designed for that is the kind of food you eat don’t make food into your philosophy or a religion food is about the body it must go through the system with minimum amount of resistance for example because the question is about vegetarian or non-vegetarian how we look at the food is if you eat any food what is happening is the food has to become a part of your system it has to be integrated to become you if the food that you consume has a very complex sense of memory and information then our body’s ability to break it and make it a part of ourselves is reduced if you eat a simple memory code or the genetic code in a particular creature let’s say you eat a vegetable it is very simple or in other words in the evolutionary scale whatever is furthest away from you that’s what you must consume or in other words you never consume a mammal because it is too close to you and it’s memory is too complex and you will never be able to break it down 100% if you consume this partly you break the break down the genetic code another part of it remains or in other words gradually the animal qualities will enter your system and unknowingly these things will find expression people are going through anger stress just simply rage everywhere this is simply because of the one main reason is the food that they’re consuming so whatever is the simplest memory code that is what you must consume so that easily you can break it down and make it a part of yourself or whatever is farthest away from you in the evolutionary scale that’s the best thing so in that context if you must eat non-vegetarian food the fish is the best thing to eat because it is the first form of life on this planet as it gets more complex as you come towards mammals is becoming very complex and that’s not suitable for human consumption we can show various parameters in the body the length of the elementary can all how things happen in the system if you look at all this clearly the body is stating what it wants when it comes to food you should not ask your doctor a guru or a nutritionist now you must ask your body you eat something and see how quickly the food moves out of your stomach back into the intestine if it’s happening very quickly within 2 and 1/2 hours if everything is gone that’s good food to eat if it’s lingering on between 4 to 6 hours that’s not good thing to eat
