My 16 Favourite Healthy Vegan Recipes

MY FAVOURITE OATMEAL RECIPES:
— Breakfasts: 1:16, Lunch: 4:16, Snacks: 7:13, Dinner: 9:06

RECIPES:

—– BREAKFAST —–
1. Stovetop Oats
Combine 3/4 cup rolled oats and 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk in a small pot over high heat. When boiling, reduce heat to low and let simmer, stirring occasionally and watching to make sure it doesn’t boil over. Once thick, stir in 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 mashed banana. Remove from heat and serve with any toppings. My favourites are peanut butter, strawberries and banana.

2. Baked Oatmeal
Combine 1/2 cup oats, 1 mashed banana, cinnamon (optional), 1 tsp baking powder, and 1/2 cup almond milk. Place in a mini ramekin or other oven safe dish and bake for 25 minutes at 350F. Add any desired toppings, my favourites are strawberries and peanut butter with almond milk.

—– LUNCH —–
1. Lettuce Wraps
Take a piece of Romaine Lettuce (or any lettuce with a large, flexible leaf) and fill it with brown rice/quinoa, smoked tofu/veggie beef cooked in hoisin sauce, sautéed bell peppers/carrots/zucchini/or any vegetables, sautéed onions and mushrooms, avocado and salsa, nutritional yeast or vegan cheese, hot sauce, and anything else of your choice.

2. Avo-Tomato Sandwich
On two slices of bread/bagel, spread 1/2 a mashed avocado, a sprinkle of nutritional yeast and add some tomato slices. Optional things I like to add are spinach/lettuce, alfalfa sprouts, and ground flax seeds.

—– DINNER —–
1. Spaghetti and “Meat” Balls
Boil spaghetti pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
In a pot, steam chopped broccoli until tender. Saute mushrooms, onions, and any other desired vegetables until cooked. Separately bake/saute bought “meat” balls.
Optionally, you can bring saute all of this together in a large skillet with the tomato sauce to make a more uniform “meat” sauce, or it can just be dished into a bowl with the spaghetti with sauce over top.

2. Pesto Pasta
In a dry skillet over medium-high heat, toast 1/2 cup of pine nuts until golden brown. Set aside. In a food processor, process two bunches of cilantro and 4 cloves of garlic. Once mixed, add in your toasted pine nuts, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp lemon juice, optional smoked paprika, and process until smooth. If it’s too dry, add in some olive oil or water until it reaches your desired consistency.
I love putting this over pasta (whole wheat, rice or zoodles) with avocado and nutritional yeast.

3. Veggie Burgers
Prepare patty’s according to package instructions, or make your own.
I like to eat mine on a toasted whole wheat bun with hummus, avocado, tomato, any other veggies (spinach, lettuce, sprouts, mushrooms, etc), and nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor.

4. Spring Rolls
Prepare angel hair or fettuccine rice noodles as per package instructions. Chop up bell pepper, cilantro, avocado, cucumber, mushrooms, smoked tofu, bean shoots, and shred some carrots. Soak your rice paper wrap in lukewarm water for about 10 seconds until soft, then fill with any fillings of your choice. Dip into peanut sauce.
Peanut Sauce Recipe:
In a food processor, process 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1/4 cup tamari (soy sauce), 1/4 cup water, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon hot sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar or other natural sweetener until smooth. Be sparse with soy sauce as it can be quite salty.
An alt. spring roll recipe –

5. Chickpea Omelet
Blend or hand mix 2/3 cup water, 1/3 cup chickpea flour, 1 tbsp ground flax seed, 1 tbsp nutritional yeast, 1/8 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Pour it over a greased skillet over medium-high heat. Let it cook like you would a normal omelet, flipping when the edges are firm and there are bubbles. Once the other side is cooked, put it on a plate and fold over any fillings. I fill it with sauteed veggies (mushrooms, spinach, bell pepper and zucchini) and sprinkle on nutritional yeast.

Top 7 Reasons People Fail on a Vegan Diet: Plant-based Pitfalls

Hey guys Aaron and dusty here welcome back to eat move rest and Happy New Year yes happy 2018 so with the New Year here a lot of you are probably thinking it might be time to clean up your diet lose a little bit of weight maybe you’re even entertaining the idea of going vegan after all dr. oz did say that it was like the trend of the year yeah so 2018 it’s only building steam we want to share with you guys seven pip pitfalls or seven reasons that people fail out of plant-based or vegan diet yep so let’s get right into it number one people don’t eat enough calories I know that when I started or we started this journey I got rid of meat and dairy and all of a sudden I was just starving I didn’t know what to eat what’s left right so make sure and get your calories number two too much vegan junk food yes there is such a thing if you go to Whole Foods or any grocery store you’re bound to find plenty of processed packaged junk foods labeled vegan and all the sudden you see the halo 4 minutes glowing light and you grab it snatch it up throw it in your cart bring it home prepare it and you maybe don’t feel any better than you did when you ate your regular burger no Aaron will tell you I am a vegan junk food addict I do my best but every once in a while I just have to order that vegan pizza and eat the whole thing and I feel like dying yeah so steer clear of the junk foods and stick to the Whole Foods plant-based foods yeah more on that later number three being unprepared now this is something that we still struggle with nobody’s perfect but being prepared is going to help I know again when we first started we didn’t know what to buy at the grocery store we didn’t know what to prepare at home and basically we were unprepared and then always hungry yeah so has the same goes if you fail to plan you can plan to fail right number four the fourth reason why people fail at a vegan or plant-based lifestyle is criticism yes and criticism can be harsh it can be downright mean we haven’t had to deal with a whole lot of that especially from our online community it’s been overwhelmingly positive things on YouTube but it can also be just joking around and just giving you a hard time which can also be uncomfortable right so my father-in-law Erin’s wonderful father is the biggest jokester in the world and I don’t know how many vegan slang word nicknames that he’s called me and us but hey we have survived and you will too just stand up to that criticism yes stand firm be confident just walk the walk and eventually people will start to ask you questions right okay so number five money people say it’s too expensive to be vegan and that is simply not true we were just at our families for the holidays and somebody was cooking up a big hunk of meat sitting on the counter we looked at the price and it was $50 a $50 piece of meat do you know how many rice and beans we can buy with that and cases of bananas no kidding we buy beans rice lentils potatoes by the bay it’s so cheap they last forever you can do it for six reason why people fail at a vegan or plant-based lifestyle is impatience patience is a virtue my friends yes it can be tempting to want to go cold turkey and switch overnight and think that everything’s just gonna be like all happy sunshine and rainbows but it can actually set you up for failure and you’ll end up reverting back to how you were before yes so it took me at least two years and it was a little bit quicker but yeah we started out with vegetarian we did it for 40 days then we went back and like it was a two-year journey for us and we’ve right here and we’re happy now but be easy on yourself and have patience and we’re still learning new things every single day that the journey continues and you’re okay with that because we feel great and we’re continuing to feel better right so finally number seven the reason people fail is confusion they’re like what I thought this but this guy says that and we’re all just confused what’s right dr. Oz says one thing Oprah says another thing and ritual dr. Gregers say another thing yeah our best advice is to check your facts yeah for example wheel of nutritionfacts.org dr. Michael Greger all of his research is pulled from medical journals that are not backed by industry it was unbiased it’s gonna be clean pure truth okay so to recap the top seven reasons people fail on a vegan diet are number one not enough calories yes number two vegan junk food number three being unprepared yes number four criticism number five money or budgeting number six my biggest one impatience and number seven confusion yes so if you guys like this video you know the drill give us a thumbs up leave us some love down below leave us a comment hit that subscribe button if you haven’t already and follow us on social media yes at Aaron stanczyk at DB stanczyk and click that Bell that’ll make sure that notifications will be turned on yes you’ll get alerted when we put out new videos here because the next video we’re gonna do for you guys will be the top 7 ways to succeed at a vegan or plant-based lifestyle right so stay tuned we’ll give you all the best answers to this videos problems oh yes happy new year okay crazy and how much of that is just like meat that you have to shave off earth not me yeah alright yeah that’s okay that’s right

Vegan + Gluten Free Bread Recipe! NO Yeast! #kickstart2019

Hey Margie’s welcome if you’re new I’m Melissa over the holidays I shared some gluten-free bread recipes that a lot of you love but I had so many requests to do a version without eggs so I put it on my list or recipe tested and today I’m sharing with you a gluten free bread that is also vegan no eggs at all and just like my other three breads this recipe also uses no yeast no bread machine and requires no kneading nice I start by combining my dry ingredients I use a mix of brown rice flour buckwheat flour baking powder make sure yours is gluten free if needed baking soda xanthan gum and salt whisk it up separately I warm some almond milk and ground flaxseed and let it thicken for a few minutes it may not look as viscous as flats egg but you’ll feel that it’s thickened when you whisk it after about ten minutes I whisk some agave or honey for non-vegan and apple cider vinegar into the milk mixture – then I can add the dry and the wet and combine it will be a thick dough into a loaf pan it goes I like to line mine with parchment paper for easy removal and to prevent sticking I add some rolled oats as a topping but you could use any seeds or chopped nuts to make that baby for over an hour until the bread is lightly golden it will spring back when touched cool it completely before removing from the loaf pan and slicing Wow it is dark like a pumpernickel bread because of that buckwheat flour the xanthan gum is what helps it pull together as a sandwich bread but the bread should work without it it just might be better for toast instead it’s soft but hearty and even has a little bit of natural sweetness too if you’re wanting a gluten-free bread that doesn’t use eggs this is totally worth a try I hope you enjoyed this recipe please know that I do always read your requests in the comments and do actually keep a running list of everything you asked for so if there’s something you want to see definitely let me know I appreciate you I will be back tomorrow in all this month with more content to kick start your new year be sure to subscribe so you don’t miss a beat and don’t forget to hit that Bell so you actually get notified and remember it’s all a matter of mind over munch

My EPIC Morning Routine [2018] + Men’s Healthy Lifestyle Tips

This last year I decided to make some huge shifts in my life I made the choice that mediocrity would no longer have a hold on me instead my life would be consumed by hardwork self-discipline and passion I love that sound every day I wake up in bed next to my beautiful wife is a blessing knowing that today is a brand new day and it’s full of opportunity and Wonder it always stirs up my passion for impacting the world in some kind of new way every day I like to kick off my morning with some positive music something that will get me in the right frame of mind for the rest of the day I’ll go straight into brushing my teeth getting rid of that morning breath then of course hit the shower to wake me up using my steam spray to fight back any morning congestion besides washing my face and going through the necessary steps of my skincare routine I always find the shower as a quiet place where I can start my day right with meditation and prayer I never go a day without moisturizing my face so always make sure to use healthy products that are gonna benefit my skin and help me out in the long run now as most of you know I’m part owner of the premium hair care brand called shifu and today I’m actually testing out our newest hair product that we’re currently working on which will be launched a little later this year to go along with our other well-known products such as ocean clay which of course I used to style my hair with just about every day to save myself time I usually like to figure out what I’m gonna wear the night before especially on big days like today because in a couple hours from now I’ll be launching a little something I’ve been working on called individuals which is a community brand that anyone can be a part of individuals is all about embracing that things that make you unique your strengths your weaknesses see most people think that you have to be perfect to impact the world I say let people be inspired by your imperfections now I’m a big fan of staying healthy and keeping my body performing at the top of its game so every morning I’ll have my daily dose of vitamins and I’ll make a couple of these health drinks for my wife and I that are full of antioxidants fiber and other healthy ingredients we’ll have this along with an awesome breakfast that my wife always makes for us I like to always start off my day by reading positive development books I believe that having a high-quality personality is even more important than having a high quality style C in school we were never taught how to have vision or be an entrepreneur how to brand our name or how to even be good husbands or family men so reading learning and stretching ourselves every day is mandatory now about two or three days a week I like to go outside and just meditate I follow wim Hof’s breathing method and I absolutely love the way it makes me feel if I’m in need of a boost my wife and I like to hit up the coffee shop especially this little place called the breviary it’s this really good coffee joint located in Saint George Utah [Music] [Music] now this is also a great spot where I like to do all of my work before launching individuals I still need to upload and publish this YouTube video that I’ve been working really hard on for the last few days you know every time I post a video I get so excited to be able to chat with you guys in the comments section all the love and support that I get from you all is truly amazing and I feel so grateful that I get to be able to create content for a living and now that my videos up I’m gonna be taking the next hour just to finish up some final touches on some artworks just in time for the launch of individuals you know it’s crazy I’ve always wanted to create something that what you guys can be a part of and individuals is just that so if you want to join for free then click the link below and get a free gift for myself [Music] now before I continue my work today I’m gonna take about a two hour break and hit up the gym to get a workout in you know working out is a huge priority in my life it also gives me a chance to break away from my crazy world and put my focus elsewhere and just let my mind go kind of like meditation in a way now that my work is finished it’s about midday and I’m gonna be heading home to hit an a quick meal shower off and then I’ll be heading to my home studio for a few hours before working on some more videos for YouTube it’s kind of funny my brother and I grew up making music and this is how I was actually introduced to the whole YouTube industry way before i produce videos david and i used to make music and travel doing shows then one day we got in contact with a little youtube channel called tokyo TV that wanted to use our music for their videos so now things have come full circle and we’re getting ready to release our first album in over six years it’s been nothing but hard work and major dedication getting back into the groove again and creating our new sound over these past few years but now we’re ready to impact the world in a whole new way you know when it comes down to it being successful is all based on perspective and attitude being 25 and married creating YouTube videos being an owner of shavoo and individuals and now music all in the works my life gets pretty crazy I’m constantly on my grind non-stop but everything I’m doing I absolutely love it I love it all and I feel so blessed that God has entrusted me with so much I mean I can honestly say that I am truly grateful you know when you push yourself and I mean truly push yourself and when you stay grateful and full of faith no matter what circumstance that your current that’s a beautiful thing when you’re constantly helping other people and constantly dreaming big dreams regardless of what small-minded people think that to me is what true success is [Music] you [Music]

Training with the Meat-Free MMA Fighter

More important is the time that I’m having while I’m training in the actual fight you know the fight is just a result upon my training was and how I’ll prepare that way so if you put too much pressure on the result and you have an attachment to the result then you’re always waiting for that moment you don’t enjoy everything that happens up until that moment flights gonna happen on that day when that day comes I’ll get my adrenaline going but I’m not going to get my adrenaline going today over that let’s start from closed guard today if you open the legs keep going if you get to half guard keep going into a full pass if the guy turns to his knees the guys I hear boom it turns to his knees keep going until it’s a full pass if he gets both hooks then you stop all right if you sweep or submit you stop all right let’s go my name is Kron Gracie I was born in Rio de Janeiro Brazil I’ve been competing which it’s my whole life teaching my whole life more recently like the past five years I’ve been focusing on MMA Jiu Jitsu is the biggest foundation for fighting I think if you don’t know jiu-jitsu it’s gonna have a hard time to get into a real fight with somebody because the fight is most likely going to end up on the ground at some point so I think jiu-jitsu is the most valuable martial artist I’ve been teaching introduced my whole life I spent a lot of time building this gym spending a lot of time building my jiu-jitsu spend a lot of time building my students good job guys good morning everybody are you guys ready for some apple cider vinegar shots for what if I cannot do this first helps flush out my body of my system first and then I’ll have like either your water or lemon water at least just water for me I like to stay light in the day and I get my body just enough of what it needs to get through that workout or through that next stage luckily Eggs Benedict right now or the big meal it’s going to slow me down I used to be able to eat anything and go train and do anything you know any 20 year old kid is going to be able to eat anything and perform still I’m going to be 28 so there’s only so long you can fight for if I’m like eating bad foods it’s really putting my body in danger it’s really putting it in risk I enjoy to eat healthy because I enjoy being able to train the way I train able to feel the way I feel and I’m supporting things that are good for the environment good for the world basically haven’t eaten a year I eat fish and I don’t need too much dairy I don’t drink milk I don’t eat that much gluten it just kind of happened slowly you know it took a long time for me to be able to really believe and not being able to eat meat and still be a professional athlete I’ve been doing jiu-jitsu since basically before I can remember what is what I already was training with a little ghee on and a little yellow belt I started learning with my father and he learned with his father so we come from a very strong foundation of jiu-jitsu my grandfather was the Jiu Jitsu what Einstein is to mathematics you know he basically took Japanese Jitsu which was based on explosiveness and strength and started developing his own techniques his whole mission was to prove that jiu-jitsu was based on leverage and that a weaker man can beat a bigger man within a little bit of time he became the one who was the representor and like actually fighting and his brother kind of stepped inside and became the businessman and them together was real made the Gracie family one had 21 kids the other one had nine kids and they just basically created this army of little jiu-jitsu champions biggest martial arts family in the world and we’ve been representing for hundred years most people who even watch fighting don’t even know who the Gracie’s are it’s almost lost and your arm trying to make sure that the family name is kept alive [Music] you we’re in Santa Monica and we’re gonna run six miles to Venice pier and back you really don’t need that much food like if you’re eating like nutritious food with nutrients in small meals you can keep your energy level way higher have a better endurance have a better training have a better everything you know you live longer move faster and think better when you eat a lot of food it makes almost like slow I’ve eaten like that too and I eat like this and I’m able to perform way more and do more if I eat less and just see good food I [Music] train for triathlons to help me with fighting for me triathlon and running and biking and swimming is just fun and being out and just doing something different because I’ve been caged up in a gym with a bunch of men training sweating just grappling and punching that it’ll drive you crazy I’ve learned a lot of breathing from my father you know he from a little young age my dad you always was encouraging me to learn how to breathe and he always did diaphragm work and did a lot of movement with breathing and as I get older and older and older more difficult situations more mental stress more physical stress all these things start adding up and I kind of started to breathe more and I kind of restarted to notice that it was a big part of my life and a big part of my growth and my peace so I started to put more time into it and I’ve created my own like sequence of things I like to do in ways I like to breathe things that I think are important luckily I brought a a backup protein this is this plant-based protein I really enjoyed being like good news you know tired you know like II hydrated overworked broken down sore I really enjoyed those students vision makes me feel alive you know this is a bag of sport endurance gel just sugars and salts and potassium extra lights and stuff like that I try to be in touch with what’s coming in my body what’s going out of my body if I need energy how am I going to get it from Piper to awake how am I going to relax I’m just testing all these things out finding out what works for me what’s up and I have a number one piece and yeah yeah we’re going to do it all [Music] sometimes you don’t have it but today you have it the lentils right here and I’m gonna get the hummus too wherever there thank you this is ginger this is tumeric right and then you want to explain them what this is twelve complex with a little bit of an alkaline water the vitamin b12 that we use is derived by algae and easy to bring her everywhere she can explain everything so I don’t have to explain I’m not getting much of this right now I really feel like like this much of this and I can train for another like two hours three hours easy by now my priority isn’t eating my priority is training so I’m gonna eat what I need just to get me through the training after I’m done with all my workouts then I’ll just take time to eat and you gear up and get ready for the next day it’s six o’clock yeah I’m going to go to my house show there for a little bit and then we’ll go from there ah my personal masseuse I mean it’s not like an actual massage but it definitely helps makes me feel good like my body knows exactly when ten minutes is up I already know oh so I’m ready to minerals and this helps oxygenate your blood there’s no typical day for me you know every day is a little different I follow my intuition you know what I feel what feels right to me which was my body what feels good to my training that isn’t on a schedule except for it at 7 p.m. I got to be at the gym the last few years been kind of more focusing on my MMA I’ve been teaching less and focusing more on my progression and I have to put a lot of time into other things besides you Jitsu so I’ve been working my boxing in my judo kickboxing karate and my overall performance physically mentally and spiritually to reach these strong points in the fight after training you drink a lot of water and you drink a lot of liquids because I’m dehydrated I’m delusional because I didn’t drink a lot of liquids throughout the day so I’m first trying to get all my liquids in and then once that goes down I can eat [Music] it’s 10:30 right now it’s pretty early sometimes I only get out of training like I leave the gym at 11:00 or leave the gym at 12 thank you those are mice got a fight no no I was supposed to fight this month but we got pushed back to September can I have albacore sushi okay chrome grace hero a sweet shrimp and a baked crab hand roll avocado can I have a hug green tea and a Pellegrino yeah I was like man I like this roll we’re like a California roll with big scallops on top and they’re like but we don’t make that roll I was like can you make it for me and they’re like yeah and I’ve been coming here since I was like 12 years old so they just started making it for me and I’ve been trying to get him to put it on the menu but they just they’re like oh my god I guess I got to win a lot more fights when are we gonna get the Kron Gracie wrote on the menu that everybody wants to know only for me I’ll accept it hi it come race the road oh no very tasty good to get like a little light she she puts a lot of nutrients good protein and just good food if I were to try to eat like a big bowl of pasta or somewhere and I couldn’t do it this is baked crab with avocado to tell you truth right now I’m I’m already full I’m only eating this cuz I read or do I get pool quickly my first meal especially if it is close to training this is gonna pass and then I’m gonna get really hungry while you’re going to ask for all those calories that I burned see I’m still kind of full from all the drinks and all the training I’m still kind of tripping and stuff this is just for right now and then I’m going to eat at least at least one more time you know but once I’m done with my training now I forget about my training I try to forget about as much as that possible and I just hang out with my friends or hang out with myself or do my research or eat food relax this is the time I get to enjoy the day like really and I think life is about working hard then also getting to enjoy it and appreciate it and look back and I really absorb it for the next morning early I thought matinee Saturday matinee hello campus a pickup order please all right well gang it oh yeah can I get a breakfast burrito please with no meat and extra guacamole on the side Kron Carolyn see after training I could barely walk now I’m already like almost normal again until tomorrow morning then I won’t be room 11:40 yeah just getting home it’s early this is a really day for me so good about it it’s gonna be easier wake up tomorrow but I’ll still be up for at least 3-4 hours now I actually feel hungry before I was just eating just because it’s time to eat I’m gonna I was hungry too but but not definitely feel more hungry I feel like my body’s asking for what it’s just getting through all that water and all that that I drink I know that if I wanted to if I had to I could probably eat a lot and go work out and build train myself to do that but I just don’t feel like that’s necessary you know I feel like I like the way I do my thing [Music] people get comfortable in whatever they do I get comfortable when I’m in my gym I can be that all my students I’ve taught them everything they know and once I reach that comfort it’s not the most interesting thing for me because for me to really be able to improve and achieve things that are greater than me I have to put myself in an uncomfortable place that’s where I like to be you know so anything that makes me uncomfortable there’s going to benefit me from our mental of my physical I’m going to try to do you know I don’t really think of the famous what what I used to think it was you know I used to really want to be known for fighting and known to be the best in the world and I still want to be the best because I want to push myself to those limits but if I wasn’t going to push those limits with martial arts I would push those limits with other things you know whether it’s like environment for spirituality I still have it in the back of my mind that I have a bigger purpose and I don’t want to have any regrets with myself because I didn’t do what I felt was right and I feel like what I’m doing is right but I also feel like there’s a lot more to do in a global way so if I can use my fighting in my martial arts to help me achieve something better for the world that’s what I’m doing it for [Music]

Raw Sport | Adam Booth talks about being vegan & Using Raw Sport in his gym!

Standing there unenthused Jim Donnan retinol Surrey England so yeah just come down to catch – Adam Lewis vitals white support me through there easy they love to so yeah boobs other way Adams a big fan so ask a few questions and how he uses it he’s great with twenty bucks more of a demanding recipient number one how did you use our products I normally have it for an alternate breakfast having too many carbs more so my age I need to devoting I can to keep myself strong and healthy and I’ve long lived with the belief that if you mess with nature it’ll mess with you and over the years I’ve tried over the decades I’ve tried so many different proteins and different supplements and at the time and believe that they’re doing a good kill you wanna you want to believe what you do right no one has to think that what they’re doing is wrong but obviously as you learn there and you become more aware you realize that harmful effects of certain things like that process me when you start to refine your thinking and then your options now it down yeah and I don’t want this to sound like a cheese much bigger for you or anything but I still don’t I still can’t get my head around how you’ve got that plant based product that tastes like that because I’m quite pessimistic yeah and I look at it so you should be I want to believe it right I want to believe it so I believe it but if I Plummer pessimistic self I’m like there’s no way that can taste like that yeah and it does that’s awesome I mean how do you how do you incorporate it in sense it makes anything we have all juice of it on its own water water and sometimes organic coconut and that’s really all it needs soups you know I’m and also a try not to combine if I’m having a protein or try not to the violet at the top and at the protein B is absorbed as possible the boys have it straight off the trainer always say to them you’ve got the protein drafter and they’ve now realized that if they forget it they get just eyes a little bit is an important part of not just our trainer because I’m a vegan as well it’s import all part of a vegan here’s one guy that he never months ago yeah and because I had high cholesterol I had a class or score of six point two a couple of months ago I did my first rotation it was 2.4 now the difference is our phone for me in meats in egg just having more plant-based that’s not vegan and and we probably don’t need as much protein as we tell ourselves sometimes but it’s nice to know that if you haven’t it have enough in its not so I mean it’s not harmful this will be nice there’s no way we are doing any of your questions without sounding like a cheesy sales pitch yeah
