Easy Vegan Gluten Free Dinner: Thai Noodle Bowl Recipe Collab w/ Hot For Food | The Edgy Veg

The great thing about peanut sauce is that you don’t have to share because people have a lot of allergies today on the edgy veg I am so excited to be doing a collab with hot for food Lauren and John are amazing I love their channel because they make the same type of food that I do it’s all comfort food and normal foods made into the vegan counterpart so obviously that’s why I like them their food photos are just so good the lighting is amazing so today we are bringing you dinner in under 15 minutes hey guys what are you making today hey guys you talk for food I’m John I’m Lauren she’s eating all the food I’m eating our whole recipe before you get to see what it is this is gonna be the easiest two meals you ever make in your life so be sure to come watch how to make easy vegan creamy mac and peas from us after you see what Candice is cooking up today 15 minutes to cook five minutes to eat oh my god like three minutes to eat so good okay we’ll see you soon bye so for my dinner under 15 I’m making something that I make all the time it’s a easy Thai soba noodle bowl I have a bunch of vegetables here that I have already chopped up but again you can chop up vegetables in just a matter of minutes today I am using some cabbage bean sprouts and tomato but you can also use carrots and bok choy and kale whatever you like to Sonic we’re going to add some oil to our pan onions and then we’re going to add in the greens or in this case cabbage and we’re just going to saute time with the tomatoes while we’re cooking these we can make our sauce and also add our soba noodles to the hot water the soba noodles will cook for about three minutes you can add some salt and pepper as you want with these I’m going to make everything in my blender if you don’t have a blender you can use the food processor if you don’t have a food processor I don’t know how you’re making sauce on a regular basis for our sauce for making an easy peanut sauce so we have peanut butter of course because you can’t have a peanut sauce without peanuts some lemon juice or tang tamari for salt and lung flavor I have some ginger here I have a bullion cube and if you have brought at home you can just use broth but I’m going to use bowl and cubing some water paprika and cayenne sesame oil because you can’t make Asian food without sesame oil that would be ridiculous put the peanut butter get in there and then some garlic now I’m using garlic powder and not fresh garlic because we’re only cooking this for a little bit we need some water we’re gonna blend that up you often have to shake the peanut butter down and that’s like the quickest easiest sauce you’ve ever made then we’re going to heat it over a pan just very slowly because peanut butter detective burn let’s not have burnt sauce it’s not kind of sauce that we want so while the vegetables are cooking you can go ahead and click up your silver noodles they only take about three minutes so once there’s what three minutes left just throw them into the boiling hot water you really don’t want to overcook these because they get too soft these guys are almost ready so once the noodles are done we can go ahead and build our noodle ball and then we’re going to take our heated sauce and just along the top and at this point you can add some crushed peanuts or I like to do some sesame and then you can add some parsley or some coriander or some green mmm dinner in only 15 minutes noodle ball and there you have it an easy vegan Thai noodle bowl in under 15 minutes make sure that you head over to hot for food and check out their Easy Mac and peas recipe I can’t wait to try that that looks so good and if you haven’t already subscribed definitely do so and also make sure that you check out my patreon page it’s the place where you guys can go and help contribute to the funds of running the channel just by giving a dollar or two a month and big news in March James is going vegan big vegan challenge if you have a loved one and you would like to challenge them make sure that you follow me on snapchat Instagram and Twitter for updates and as always the link to the full recipe is in the description below if you like this video give it a big huge thumbs up and I will talk to you soon bye

Lets Cook Vegan Pasta-Easy recipes

And my god some of the best food you’ll ever eat right here vegan pasta ladies and gentlemen alright guys what’s up welcome to another underground metal gamer cooks vegan so what are we having tonight well you know I figured I would make vegan pasta for you guys so without further ado let’s just get right into it so what am i easy for this first I’m gonna make a sauce base and we’ve got some habaneros I’m cutting up got some onions a green and a red pepper that’s going to go in there and you’ve got all whirs accents canned tomatoes that are gonna go in there you’ve got some basil here we got some mrs. – we got some fucking pepper we’ve got seasoning salt and we have some cayenne pepper but we also need the sauce great well we’re gonna throw in Montana’s habanero hot sauce we’re gonna throw in obviously we’re gonna make the sauce based on the sweet basil marinara from classical so we’ve already got then cook yep we’re gonna get that going right away after I cut off everything here then we’re going to throw it on the Mexican ground around veggie this is going to be fucking amazing so what I’m going to do is I’m going to cut the video here we’re going to get everything prepared and starting to cook and then I’ll show you guys what to do next once they get everything chopped up on resume the video and I’ll show you how I make my sauce so we’ll see you guys in a bit all right guys we’re back and so we’re just getting the rest of the ingredients into the pot here so what do we got in this pot we have half of the green pepper half of a red pepper we have a quarter of an onion and we have three Thresh habaneros now I’m going to crack open my tomato we’re gonna get those in there and then we’re going to throw in this we’ve got the pastas boiling on the stove right now so these three show you guys this is a really easy sauce base to me because everything going in a fog you cook it up nice go to veggie ground ground in there one half of veggie ground ground and apart as well I want three tomatoes in here one whole can of those you’re gonna want to throw in your sauce here remember you can only save this dude I’m not going to use all this tonight obviously need a lot some some seasoning salt going coming out if you want some kick to it remember I love hot shit so [Music] you probably have in there right there you go we’ve got some basil here I’m also going to make up the garlic margarine to go in there too which is just simply the source of margarine in a dish and then you add some seasoning to it to make like a butter base for it which I’m going to add after which is going to give it some more flavor and stuff like that we got some basil we’re throwing in here lots of fucking basil without any nice we’re also gonna curl in a little bit of parsley you can throw in a little bit of onion salt too nice a little bit then of course a little bit of pepper here yourself you putt the ball in there you don’t miss it – toss it in here nice healthy dose of that and you’re gonna like throw in some of this habanero sauce you want to talk with me nearly enough so yeah we’re going to want to start cooking this up after the fastest world you’re going to start this up I’m also going to get like garlic butter going and this is well this is your sauce these are in here by the way show you guys what that looks like so I mean doesn’t that look good it’s not even cooked yet so I’ll just put that down here stand up the camera against or you let that go good alright so that’s what the sauce piece looks like oh no we’re going to get butter going so let me just empty this out you’re just gonna put some margarine in this container because it’s already got marks on it no I’m going to heat it up or barging in there perfect also you’re going to want to season this up too I mean you can if you want I won’t see me stuff up myself so we’re going to put pepper in it and of course it should be put into mrs. s now this has garlic in it so you don’t really need to add too much into that but like I said I want to make it go like this [Music] starting to boil up here there’s the basil a little bit of this one horse and you’re going to microwave this or will help back only and start mixing up in your sauce here and eat or not meet your vegan stuff does it say you can turn this on mr. cook in this book starting to blow the lights over here twice this closer nope check the zoom settings we’re zoomed in good that’s good alright I’m gonna start cooking up your soft base in your vegans if he can meet and your vegetables this is going to be absolutely check on our butter over here obviously not quite melted go a little longer in there these dirty gold here welcome goodness it wasn’t that basically chilly you’re making no it’s not this is just a bit cloudy pass the sauce that will add a lot of flair to your pasta obviously what people think pastas boring but you can make it absolutely delicious Imlay cheese and then you go to sauce base for later you can put it away you can even freeze that if you don’t want to use it all it’s perfect it’s awesome it’s perfect yeah we’re going to get this cooking it’s delicious and then we will come back and I’ll show you guys how to combine it all and stuff like that ones to get my big cooking pan out there once we get all these ingredients clicked up nights after the packet is done however you’re going to want to shock it in a strainer so you’re going to want to put a strainer in the sink then you’re gonna want to put a bit of oil on the pasta so it doesn’t stick to the pan and it also helps to cook in all the flavors of your sauce space right here and all your vegetables your vegan meat without the sauce tomatoes everything else you got going in there there is our sauce for our garlic butter all good good to go there that down for a minute sorry hope the camera guys so that’s all ready to go now and this is currently cooking nice and so is this so what I’m gonna do is we’re just going to stop the video for a bit then I’m going to get them a big pan then once everything’s done we’re going to combine it all and we’re gonna make this fucking delicious so I will see you guys in a little bit and you’ve got this everything already here and we got to get the pasta into the pan now actually my phone go through so we’ll just edit this out seconds alright so we’re gonna get the pasta into the pan here go start getting this cooking then of course you’re going to want to add your then of course you’re going to want to have your everything you cooked in the pot here your vegan meat your vegetables your hot sauce this is going to be a green you’re gonna fucking love this ladies and gentlemen let me tell you add as much or as little as you want I’m sure you guys know this looks a minute and you’re gonna want to start cooking this on medium heat okay and you’re gonna want to cook this in with your pasta verb I’ll show you guys how this looks you’re gonna want to cook this in for at least I’d say about 20 minutes again does you want to cook all your flavors into this doesn’t that look amazing does doesn’t it I know looks amazing all right let’s just put this down again that we’re gonna add a little bit more of our sauce here one more scoop get that all mixed in nice and this out of the way that’s gonna be for our next batch of pasta we’re gonna make us cook up you can add more seasonings at this point if you want but I think I’ve added plenty I mean you can add more pepper more salt more missus – you know whatever you want but I’m just going to leave it as it is because I did add more when I cut the video before so let’s get a plate ready when this masterpiece of a meal is ready to go [Music] yep this is gonna be scrump fucking daily ladies and gentlemen scrum fucking daily start picking it up nice as you can see it’s starting to warm up it’s starting to get nice and steamy [Music] [Applause] looks delicious guys so we’re just gonna keep cooking that up here run just let the video fucking play um now some people might be asking me okay so you make all this great vegan stuff but is it enough protein are you healthy you you know do you have any health complications from not eating meat no absolutely not if you know what you’re doing you can go without means period it’s also a lot more healthy and it’s ethical so a lot of people think that you know we need meat to survive now a lot of people will disagree with me even some nutritionists would disagree even some dietitians but there’s a lot more dietitians on the side of a clean vegan diet than there is on the meat side of spectrum so you might want to do some research on that if you think that I’m bullshitting you and all about vegan without being on a vegan diet it’s a lot more fucking palatable there is a reason that I maintain a good body weight there’s a region reason that I have such healthy energy levels and then I sleep perfectly at night for the most part some nights I don’t sleep as good as I’d like but I mean that’s that’s you know that’s like anybody some people you know when you get insomnia happens so this is starting to cook really good here and again what did we use for this we have rotini noodles we’ve got Greek half the green pepper half a red pepper quarter of an onion three heaven eros veggie ground round from the Ives the Mexican style then we had one can of all Liars diced tomatoes Chile style then I added a classic oh sweet marinara sauce then I added some Montana’s habanero hot sauce we added mrs. – bourbon garlic salt and pepper seasoning salt basil and cayenne pepper so there you go that’s how easy it is to make a delicious vegan meal you don’t really need a side dish with this either I mean this is everything you need right here for a solid dinner meal I wouldn’t know you could make this for lunch – I mean it doesn’t have to be specifically for supper you can make this for lunch as well so if you guys are enjoying this cooking truth the heat now I let this cook in here with the noodles for about another 20 minutes so total preparation time for this is about 45 minutes but if you want to cook your food in I mean your flavors in you’ve got to cook food for at least 60 minutes that’s just how it is that should be good enough to start with it looks delicious alright vegan pasta [Applause] [Music] [Applause] what secret garlicky peppery some nice basil flavor in there nice labor phone oil parsley the new marinara is coming through nice the sweet marinara the heat from the habaneros is coming through nice green pepper red pepper flavor and of course you have the Mexican veggie ground ground and then the olive and garlic from all Myers based mammals is coming through this as well this is just go it’s not just the CELEBRITIES VEGAN FOOD | Emma Watson’s VEGAN Breakfast
This week we decided to start a new video series called Celebrities VEGAN Food.We’re going to find out what are the celebrities’ – vegan celebrities or not – favorite recipes and we’re going to veganize them!
Today we have for you a breakfast that Emma Watson – Harry Potter and The Beauty and the Beast actress – is usually cooking for herself: guacamole, pico de gallo, and scrambled “eggs” + coffee.

Let’s see how to make this Emma Watson’s breakfast step by step.

EMMA WATSON VEGAN BREAKFAST

INGREDIENTS:

– 12 Tortillas

GUACAMOLE:
– 1 medium Onion
– 3 Avocado
– 1/4 tsp Cumin
– 1/2 small bunch Coriander
– Medium Lime juice
– Salt at taste

PICO DE GALLO:
– 1/2 medium Onion
– 3 medium Tomato
– 1/2 small bunch Coriander
– 1/2 Lime juice
– Salt at taste

SCRAMBLED TOFU:
– 1 medium Onion
– 250 gr soft Tofu
– 1 tbsp neutral Oil
– 1/8 tsp Turmeric powder
– Salt and Pepper at taste
Optional:
– Kala namak (black salt) at taste

PROCEDURE:

– Cut all the vegetables
– Smash the avocados with a fork, mix it with the onion and the coriander, and cover it so it doesn’t oxide
– Smash the tofu with a fork and reserve
– Stir-fry the onion until it gets transparent and add the tofu. Let it cook for a few minutes and season it
– Cut the 12 tortillas into squares, put them carefully in a cupcakes mold because they’re fragile and can easily break
– Grease the mold if necessary and brush the edges of the tortillas with a little bit of neutral oil
– Let it cook in a pre-heated at 180 ºC oven for about 15 minutes
– Stuff the baskets with the tofu, the pico de gallo, and the guacamole
– Enjoy!

WHAT I ATE TODAY + 10 MIN MEAL RECIPE (vegan)

That’s good don’t have pages if you haven’t had a donut peach so this in my Instagram story the other day you have not lived they are the best peaches ever it’s just like a birthday cake flavor yeah they’re just like super sweet anyways guys good morning it is earlier than we usually wake up isn’t it a little bit this morning I’ve made some oatmeal we’re making it a quick oatmeal as you saw I just poured some hot water on my oats don’t normally make oatmeal like that it doesn’t usually come out to be like the best texture but it’s gonna work for us this morning cuz what are you doing this morning we’re going on ATV and four-wheeler anyway it’s for wheeling yes we’re going off-roading okay quad biking are those all ATV in right terms yeah okay we’re going to ATV in we’re going for wheeling like an hour and a half away which is why we’re up early because we have one morning’s lot to do so so we have to drive an hour and a half and actually our Airbnb host yes yeah invited us to go so that’s where we’re going this morning and we’re having a quick bowl of oats with some delicious donut peaches [Applause] just a bit of sugar in office yeah I’ve got no maple syrup maple syrup we were told the trails might be muddy so I’ve changed out of my first outfit because I didn’t want to get that muddy so I’m wearing just kind of clothes that I don’t care about getting money we’re ready to go a TV hour and a half later and we’re at South Africa forest adventures appear going on I don’t want to drive my own because I’m kind of scared it’s me we’ll see we have the GoPro so let’s go go pro footage [Music] so we just finished ATVing that was so much fun I was really scared to do it myself but once I started doing it I was like okay I got this it’s like super beautiful scenery and we actually had to change locations we were at one location and there was forest fire so then we had to move to another location but this location was absolutely beautiful yes now I am so ready for food that was so fun I’m so dirty my whole face is covered in dirt I had to go to the washroom and to wipe it all dirty boy you’re like this haha shirt in your shoes we went through so many like mud puddles and Kyle didn’t lift up his feet he just like let them get soaked by mud but my shoes are clean [Music] would you get their dreams [Applause] Tom had tofu so long like some said ginger I think that’s ginger big chicken burger let’s get into it alright guys we are back home from lunch and I had a shower we’ve just kind of chilled a little bit we definitely needed that shower we got out of the shower and we have white towels and we were wiping like just like you know like drying our face and our neck and there was still dirt coming off of our necks even though we had showered we didn’t realize how dirty we actually were and I have a few friends about join me on my face so I’m not gonna cover them up because I don’t need to cover them up I’m sick of covering them up I hate putting on makeup I haven’t been wearing makeup for like this past month and a half and my skin has been doing really well except for right now it’s very angry at me but I think it’s because I’m ovulating so those of you Latian pimples but I am having a quick snack right now pretty random foods I’m having uh rice cakes with avocado and some light cheese yummy the light cheese you’re actually pretty good even though they don’t look like totally pink they’re not like Thailand light cheese but they still taste good so that’s my little snack I’m gonna do some editing because I have some work to do today and yeah argaï so it’s a little bit later and i’m gonna be making some dinner and today we just had a very long day we got up super early and then we spent probably like four hours of driving in the car today so we’re just kind of beat and I don’t really feel like cooking Kyle doesn’t feel like cooking we don’t feel like making anything so I’m just gonna whip up something super easy and quick and I’m whipping up whipping whipping what I call one of my 10-minute meals I’ve posted a few of these on my Instagram and this one specifically everyone had a lot of questions about so I thought I would make it for dinner tonight because one we don’t have like anything in the house we need to go grocery shopping and we have all the ingredients for this so it worked out perfectly so this is what I’m making we’ve got three cans of vegetable soup this one is vegan we get it from Woolworths everyone was asking in the Instagram comments which a veggie soup that we get and if it has good ingredients and it has pretty good ingredients I mean I could do without the sulfur dioxide but it’s pretty good and it tastes very fresh and delicious so I’m making three cans of these because we’re kind of hungry today usually we just have a can each but and then I’m also gonna be adding some canned kidney beans I’m just gonna drain and rinse these and I’m going to add that to the soup and in this pot I have some kale and also under here some tender stem broccoli which you guys know that we love so much and I’m just going to add a little bit of water and then I’ll put the lid on this and steam it up and while my veggies are steaming I’m going to heat up a soup and there’s already kadhi beans in this soup mix but I like to add in an extra can just to give it a little bit more protein and make it a little bit more filling okay so my soup is hot it probably took like seven minutes I’m adding in some of the steamed kale mix that in a little bit I also have some ciabatta on the side because you need ciabatta when you eat in soup I’ve got the steamed broccolini and then finally we top it with some beautiful avocado I’ve had lots of avocado today but I’ve been craving avocado so this is perfect so literally like no prep time for this meal it’s just super quick and easy literally ten minutes and done Jimmy Jimmy should we get you reaction [Music] [Applause] well there’s a little update on how Jack is doing oh my gosh I miss him so much I know you guys miss him too I see a few of you guys asking about him in the comments so a lot of people seem to think that eating a plant-based diet takes a lot of preparation and time and it’s just too much for them to handle and majority of the time yes you need to be prepared you need to meal prep if you have a busy schedule but that goes for if you want to eat healthy in any diet even if you are eating animal products you still need to prepare the animal products and what’s the difference if you are preparing a piece of meat or animal than preparing plants so I don’t know I’ve never cooked me my parents always cooks the meat I would always just make craft dinner like like but it just as long as making a regular lasagna I know like it’s it takes less time to make I think people just think they need to like think about it more because they they’re not just using like regular cheese or meat anyways I want to show you guys that you can have a delicious wholesome meal in under 10 minutes and there’s so many different variations that you can make 10-minute meals I think I need to make like a series of 10-minute meals like this is super wholesome you’ve got lots of greens healthy fats from the avocado extra beans extra protein and vegetable soup now normally I would recommend yes that you make your own veggie soup and have that prepped in the fridge but we all have busy lives and there is going to be days where you don’t feel like cooking we’re all human we all don’t always feel like cooking every single day so having options like this I think is so important because I think a lot of like what I eat in a day is that you see on youtube from vegans are like them pre planning their day and like they already know what they’re gonna have for dinner that and they make sure that they have extra time to prepare that meal and in reality we all have busy lives and you know so it’s okay to have some canned veggie soup don’t be afraid to have some canned veggie soup or healthy convenience foods I would say canned vegetable soup is a healthy convenience food so delicious wholesome I should do like boyfriend does a voiceover for my wedding so I don’t have bread that often but I love spot-up with soup but if you have like leftover quinoa or something in the fridge that would be really good to even throw in the soup you know just need those calories so guys I hope you enjoyed this video we had a really fun day today going and exploring parts of South Africa that we haven’t seen before it was really cool to like take that two-hour drive and just like drive all the way out into the country and then riding on those ATVs everything seems kind of dead but like it’s just seeing like the vast Murray like the mountains and stuff it was just it was a really awesome day we had a great day didn’t we yes did you have fun yes I enjoyed riding an ATV I was scared to do it but I conquered my fear today of riding an ATV no I was like I’ll just write on the back of Kyle’s because I was too scared but you know do something every day that scares you guys anyways guys I hope you enjoyed
