what i eat to get HeAlThY for 2019!! (vegan)

Everything I ate today:

Breakfast:
-rolled oats
-chia seeds
-hemp seeds
-lots of cinnamon
-water/almond milk
-banana
-shredded zucchini
-toppings: blueberries, blackberries, kiwi, almond butter

Lunch:
-lettuce, spinach, arugula
-pecans
-cranberries
-dressing (lemon juice, maple syrup, olive oil)
-quinoa
-baked potatoes

Dinner:
-sweet potato (olive oil, salt, paprika)
-tofu (olive oil, salt, pepper)
-rice
-broccoli

i also had a small smoothie for dessert but forgot to film πŸ™‚
