WHAT A VEGAN FITNESS COUPLE EAT IN A DAY TO SHRED

What’s up guys and welcome to another episode so today’s video we’re going to show you everything that we both ate in a day I will pop all my macros and calories that I’m currently on at the moment but latest addition to the menu is this new blast routine we have just been on this black probably 2 to 3 days and we’re absolutely loving it so this one is a chopped coconut flavor we also tried the vanilla try which amazing and then they’ve also got a salted caramel which we haven’t tried I’ve also got some LSA this is linseeds sunflower seeds and also an almond meal I just pop that in my smoothie because it’s higher in fat and it makes it tastier good for 5 extra fiber guys and then also another healthy fat I put into my smoothie is peanut butter almond milk and then I only put in one frozen banana so I’m gonna whip this off show you guys the original [Music] oh my god is so great so to be totally honest with you guys I have not had the greatest week like mentally I’ve been really quite hard on myself this week and just had so much stress and doing this so much that I just kind of let myself go and I haven’t been like concentrating on me but I’ll give you guys a bit of a physique update so today is the first morning that I’ve woken up feeling it not so negative towards myself which sounds really bad but I have been severely bloated like all week where my stomach has just been in agony the only thing that I can put it down to is obviously stress and also because we had those burritos last week and I haven’t had wraps in a while and I thought maybe it could be gluten so I think I might have to get like an allergy test towards gluten because sometimes it does bloat me this is me first thing in the morning currently seven weeks out today not feeling too bad I’m feeling maybe like a week or two behind but I feel like I can definitely catch myself up and also everyone always asked me where I get my bikinis I get all my bikinis throughs Apple these are my latest pair they’ve got like little bananas on them they’re really cute and JD is going to have the same smoothie but he’ll have obviously different macros or in the process of currently signing you guys up to our four week program yes you tied babe the gram I’m gonna go make my smoothie but I get more calories than Amy tape I’ll be a big blob Caroline hundred hearts and bake so major here caught in the same weave the last place to go he’s usually in our Mayo section Tina the talking tell me I’m exactly the same it’s a lost fight for me to go not in my legs pshaw is the best vegan protein I’m going to say it right there yeah meet her a lot of you guys actually listen trance this thing that whisp want to buy final wanted that we do not get anything from final on like free or discounted own even have a discount code we only get that the team jack yeah we get I’m just can’t do it for you guys we get no affiliate no products nothing that’s what I was honest about heart we’re just completely transparent with you guys if we like a product to tell you and this is a product that we like so yes we will never tell you things that we don’t believe in and we like this so we’re still grinding it’s 11:20 you haven’t had anything else to eat yet just been signing you guys all up to our full weight jacked program so if you guys want to jump on board you probably still can and get Jack take your chocolate and the beauty of it is it’s only a four week program guys so you watch exactly and if you don’t have a lot of money this is more the program this is what we did it for is so that people with a bit less money and they didn’t want to commit to an eight-week program this is nice and quick JD’s just rippin up our favorite pasta showed you guys so many times but we’re gonna try the mung bean one because they didn’t have the fettuccine one in our local store how we make our pesto pasta this is something we get asked a lot so I’m going to show you guys one more time the ingredients and how to make it because it’s so easy so all you need is some baby spinach obviously some Faisel we use hummus lime juice nutritional yeast flakes and pine nuts or you can use cashews and we usually use a sprinkle of forget our part we’re going to use a little bit of this chicken stock so this one is vegan no MSG no animal content dairy free gluten free and plant base and what we do we never go by recipe or ingredients guys literally we just chuck it all in here and just go by taste test and this way every time it tastes different sometimes we don’t put a nutritional yeast flakes sometimes we put cash and sometimes like we said we use the forget off so it tastes different every time we make [Music] and that’s it guys so simple you got a blender or a food processor what’s that that’s the dishwasher alright guys so we’ve actually just had a bit of a light bulb moment here I put into my fitness power mung bean one right just to prove that like different sort of foods can have the packets not exactly always read the back of the packet as you can see for a hundred grams mung bean fettuccine 370 calories chickpea fettuccine 331 calories so if you are on a cut obviously we like to go lower our carbs so thirty six point seven grams of carbohydrates for the mung bean one if you check out the chickpea one only 23 grams so the same type of food can actually have different calories depending on the brand sometimes but also just angry just the ingredients because this is a bit of mung bean instead of chickpeas and also with the ingredients on the back like one all of them like they’re also like mung bean or chickpea they’re all edamame ninety percent of all these part all these pastas is made from edamame and then the ten percent is made from the mung beans or the chickpeas or a black bean so from now on we are definitely getting the chickpea 100 liter because that’s way way better macros and Colorado so you’re going to have our pre-workout feed Jani is gonna have his pasta the pesto and he’s also cooking up why not to release bags through them two of these veggie Delite not burgers and I’m just making up my protes I’m just going back on to rice flakes just because I enjoy them more than the quinoa flakes so I’ve got 40 grams of rice flakes and 50 grams of yoghurt 10 grams of less protein powder and just a splash probably not a splatter by milk a drowning a bomb and me [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] back from the gym I already had a first workout smoothie we ended up picking up the vanilla try and it tastes amazing so I’m about to make myself up like a person without food I’m absolutely starving what I’m gonna have is I don’t have two of these veggie sausages I’ve got some protein pastor there some pesto mix there got some avocado so I’m gonna make a salad and I want to make up some like garlic mushrooms as well and for my dressing I’m just going to use a balsamic vinegar JD just finished polishing off his body don’t make me say no last long the recipes in that for a bacon burrito and it’s so so quick and easy but the end result guys I’ve got my pesto pasta my two sausages got a salad with avocado also put some tin pineapple in there because I just love pineapple and cooked mushrooms there and I put some tumeric in there for trim works really good for anti-inflammatory and also put a little bit the chicken stock for an added salt as well so this is my biggest meal of the day and I always have it after my workout to refuel and refine my muscles and then I’m also gonna have some of this mineral water it’s got the peach play well I like the peach lime or raspberry and yeah this is zero calories and no sugar here eat this out on the balcony MJ days editing and I relax out here cuz I’m nature let me put down there some actually started incorporating these as well as a little treat for my dessert they’re gluten free wheat free but free lysate healthy but they’re the better yeah that’s it they’re the healthier version so there’s always a healthier option of something no matter what so this is the healthier option for cereal to get rid of those chocolate cravings paired along with simplest protein I’m having what do you got oh actually no added sugar dark chocolate with peppermint and then made with a reduced fat dark chocolate when it’s this allergy advice so it contains soy may be present serious pretend include milk tree nuts and peanuts that doesn’t mean it’s in it guys it just means that it it could be manufactured in the same sort of high protein snack and they’re also great at getting rid of parasites and worms as well I love chips like I love potato chips so these are sort of a replacement not good but yeah so tomorrow we’ll be going to Jenny’s parents place because they’re going on a cruise and we need to look after the puppy dog then you can say a lot of the puppies so yes next vlog will be at at just as parents and this dogs will be with us that’s exciting it’s gone of annoying because we like just move but we’re treating it as like a retreat so we’re gonna you know go there work on our mind you sauna and then but like it Merlin stops we are tired okay you couldn’t tell so it sorry with this whole weights been very hectic so we’re just trying to catch our breath at the moment yeah and yeah we’re just been working really hard so let’s wrap VEGAN SUMMER SHRED UPDATE/ MY FITNESS JOURNEY THUS FAR

Hello and welcome back to my channel today I wanted to share with you my finisher needs fr not just the summer shred but I’m going to kind of share my story from like how I got started into like a fit lifestyle back when I was about eighteen and nineteen that’s when I kind of started working out and like doing this so I’m going to show you where I’m at right now and then I’m going to kind of talk about how I’ve gotten there so far if you watched my videos recently you’ll know I’m doing like a mini summer shred for summertime so definitely have stepped up things a notch which I’ll talk about so first I’m going to show you our mat right now [Music] [Music] okay so now that I have put a shirt on and you saw kind of where I’m at now I want to talk about like how I got there so if you watch my more recent videos you know that I’m doing like a summer of vegan summer shred and if you were watching me for longer than that you know that I’ve been doing the world’s slowest cut because I took like a long time to kind of get myself back to the good balanced and maintainable place so I want to share with you my entire story today starting from when I first like steps foot into a gym I’m one of my most asked questions is like how did you get into fitness or what is fard you to start working out or anything like that so back in the day I was a dancer performing arts was and is my passion like I love to entertain I want to be on stage in front of a camera just like yes ant stands like that’s just that’s just my that’s what I live for so I was dancing for years I taught dance I did competitive theater and I was a choreographer and I did the whole night I did that for for a while and then I hit a point where I kind of felt like I was at a crossroads with dance because it was like I either had to basically like move to New York or California pursue dance or kind of just find a normal thing to do and I decided to go to school and give that up I was dancing every day my day was basically like I would wake up while I was in high school I was in a social program so I would dance during the day I would dance after school I was go to dance classes or I go teach dance so I was very very active I didn’t have to worry about what I ate I pop-tart Oreos like I had some disordered even eating habits but I did not recognize it at the time I was very very insecure about my body but at the same time I like crap I think a lot of people can relate to that I didn’t know how to be healthy I didn’t really care because I didn’t put on a ton of weight from eating McDonald’s and Wendy’s because I was so active so once I came at that point were like I had to kind of I kind of stopped dancing and I was focusing on on school obviously all of that activity suddenly stopped I got a job at the gym ironically I was not into working out I just got a job there and I would be sitting the whole time so I worked at a desk and then I would go to class and I’d be sitting in that come home and I’d be studying or writing a paper and I be sitting and I would still was still eating the same so after a while that started to catch up with me so I was eating ramen noodle and McDonald’s and all this stuff and I started to go kind of fluffy so like I said I was already an insecure child like child I was already an insecure young girl that the insecurity started getting a little worse because I started to feel kind of fluffy and all the go my pants are feeling a little tighter like oh I got some little handles going on here I started to feel more insecure and it was not comfortable in the bikini and I was a little unhappy about that so I was like okay I probably should stop eating pizza and ramen noodles every day and I should probably take advantage of my free gym membership because I worked at the gym right so I committed myself to three days a week that’s like I was like if I do to three days a week I’ll be pleased with myself and I wrote it on a big calendar in my room I was like honestly I probably only made it one or two days a week for a while I didn’t know what I was doing I would run a lot because that was the only thing that I knew like I would just run on the treadmill I didn’t really know what to do with dumbbells or anything like that and as far as eating I slowly started to change the things that would eat like I kind of just stopped going to get fast food you know I was around people who were personal trainers all the time so I kind of would ask them for help and they would be like like oh like have a salad so I started like pushing things out for healthier options and then I got the opportunity to move to California and that was like a dream come true for me because like California is where I want to be and my heart has been there since I was little like I don’t know what what it is about that place it it calls me and so I went out there with my friend and other than my one friend I had nobody out there no friends no family I had to get a new job and I had so much alone time that I was like you know what like I’m not going to I’m not going to just give up my whole new healthy lifestyle that I was attempting to start I say attempt because I failed a lot and since I had nothing else to do because I met friends to hang out with and have to be at school because I pretty much dropped out of school to go to California I would go running outside I would run up and down the stairs I would do push-ups and squats and all kinds of stuff and who knows what my form was right or wrong but it started to feel really good because I was doing something just for myself and it was like every day it was like this little accomplishment and I started to feel like oh this is like like this is kind of fun like my workouts was probably 20 minutes long they were not anything crazy but it was it was fun because like because I missed I had stopped dancing and I really missed that like getting that movement and just like kind of getting in the groove but listening to music on my headphones like it starts to feel good and I started being very consistent and I would do it almost every single day and I was like okay I’m still going to keep it I was eating like Greek yogurt and oatmeal and smoothies and stuff and I was just like making healthier choices remember I said my first progress picture because I was like you know what I’m working like I want to see if there’s any changes in my body so I took a progress picture and I’m a raptor like a few weeks I compared them and I was like wow I actually look a little different like my waist looks a little tighter and so then I was very motivated to keep going like once you if once you get through that first little like rough patch of getting motivated and you see some sort of progress or you feel it and I didn’t weigh myself at the types of witness skill but once you see that first bit of progress you kind of get motivated to continue and so I wanted to keep going I didn’t really know how to how to step things up I didn’t have a plan I was following nothing like I wasn’t even like like I had I wasn’t there wasn’t like Fitness people on Instagram or maybe there was but I didn’t know about it at the time so I ended up coming back to Florida and I was a little bit sad about it but I was happy to be with my family again and I got my job back at my gym that I was working at and I was like you know what now I I really like this whole working out feeling healthy thing I want to like step it up I want to keep going so I asked my friend Jason with a trainer at the gym to help me out and he would I would I would stay after work and wait for him to be done with his clients and like have him show me like showed me the way like and he would show me how to use the machines and stuff and like having that help like honestly changed my life because I would not have probably I probably would have been too intimidated to do anything unless somebody had showed me and helped me along so it’s Jason if you’re watching this Thanks I started to work out like you know a few times a week like I would had a little routine going okay man do like today okay I’m gonna do chest today and I was like just really enjoying it because I wasn’t working for any sort of specific goal I was just doing it because it felt good and like that’s honestly I think the best way to start is to do it for yourself you have to do it because you enjoy the exercises and you have to do it because you know you want to so I never did anything I didn’t want to do like for example I don’t like Zumba I like everything else other than Zumba I love dance I love to work out I love salsa I love hip-hop dancing I love it all I don’t like goombah so I’ve never taken a Zumba class like don’t do what you don’t want to do so after a while of kind of just doing that and stuff I definitely noticed changes in my body but I wasn’t I didn’t have whole lot of muscle development and I would get um there were bodybuilding coaches that went to my gym that would kind of come up to me and be like you compare have you ever thought about competing because you have like a good you know good figure to you know you can set consider it and I was always kind of like at like I went to one bodybuilding show to support my friend and I saw with the bikini girls look like and I thought they looked good and everything it just wasn’t it really interests me I wasn’t like wow I want to do that like I never I never felt like that and so they would say that’s mean I’ll be like oh like I’m so flattered but like now I just kind of do this I like working out just for me and then I went through a breakup and at the end of that relationship one day one of those coaches came up to me and said you should consider competing and I remember I went told my boyfriend at the time Oh so-and-so says that I have a good figure for competing like isn’t that so cool that he said that about me and my boyfriend was like what are you talking about like you don’t have to figure for that like you’re not athletic enough like you’re not fit enough like he basically told me like I didn’t have what it what it takes and I was like you do like do you know like he obviously didn’t know who I was because he didn’t know how ambitious I could be about something so we broke up very shortly after that conversation that’s not why we broke up but they just didn’t help and then after that I hit back one of those coaches up and I was like a like yo like you said that I may have what it takes to compete like I want to try it out I just want to do it one time I just want to do one show see how fit I can get really learn how to workout like a bodybuilder and and do it for fun like just do it because I enjoy it so during that time I really liked what became so serious and I was just like I’m ready to have just to feel good about my body to know what I’m doing in the gym like I was just ready for a switch it was like turning a switch on in my head and I always tell people that like when it comes to making it the decision to have a fit life it’s honestly like flipping a switch that you are capable of it from day one like from way before I was to California when I was trying to commit to three days a week at the gym I was so capable of it but I just didn’t flip that switch and then after my breakup that switch flipped and I was just like this is what I want to do like I am serious about this I want to feel good I want to look in the mirror and be like damn because I didn’t really feel like that and so I trained my ass off I was so committed I was on point with my diet like I did not cheat like a thing on my diet when I was competing like I was so so dedicated I didn’t miss a cardio session I did everything I was supposed to do and I really learned how to workout because my coach trained me like a whole five days a week in the gym so I learned I learned how to do it because I made that decision I flipped that switch and I decided that I was going to be so serious about my priorities with health and fitness I lost a lot of friends I lost pretty much all my friends that I had at the time because they thought I was no more fun because I didn’t want to go out drinking they thought I was weird because I would show up to dinner parties and not need anything because nothing fit my you know my my meal plan and they would make fun of me I got made fun of publicly on Facebook I got made fun of publicly on Twitter people would come up to me in the gym and say things to my face like like people would I would hear literally hear people talking about me like right there people that I knew that would then come to me and be like oh hey Bianca like but right over there they’re saying like well she looked so cool because she starting to look like a man with like I mean if you guys have seen my pictures I don’t think I’ve ever looked like a man and if I did then I look like one hella good man we tell you after I went through about two years of competing after my last competition I had my breast augmentation and I could not train for a few weeks and that was when I hit a really hard depression because I realized I did not have that outlet that bodybuilding training became an outlet for me and I no longer had that because I was resting from surgery and I went through this hole I was at a time of really just self-reflection and I thought about why am I doing this like am i what what are the reasons I’m competing and I realized that what started out as me being in the gym for me became me you know trying to compete so that I can look a certain way to fit an image and I was like I don’t need to fit this image anymore I’m never going to be that the perfect bikini girl because the perfect bikini body doesn’t exist and I decided and I have so many people reaching out to me for help that I decided that I want to focus my energy on helping them Andrey put my energy back into just like loving my body and loving myself the way that the whole reason that I set foot in the gym in the first place was to feel good about myself and to do something that was fun and I brought myself back there and that’s kind of how I got to where I am now and I’ve explored all these other forms of fitness from martial arts to new styles and I got back into dance I’ve been dancing again and it feels amazing and I use that as a form of my fitness and I can honestly say that like to get to you know a point you have to be consistent I flipped that switch on like I was like I’m gonna be consistent about this and yeah like I have days where maybe something comes up and I’ll make it to the gym but I’m going to go to the gym the next day like that’s that’s really what consistency is so my best advice to you what I hope you get from the story is that we all go through ups and downs you might lose friends along the way but you just you have to do it for yourself and you have to love yourself every step of the way like I love myself to my fluffiest and my skinniest I depressed times I had to pick myself up and love myself and and you have to do that like you have to do it for you you cannot do it for somebody else you cannot do it to fit an image don’t do it because you want to look like the girl in the magazine don’t do it because you want to win a trophy do it because you want to be healthy and happy and you love your body and you want to take care of it so that is my best that is my story as much as I could possibly sum it up I hope that it was a little helpful for you I kind of didn’t mention is that the past three years Mike fitness journey I’ve been completely vegan and that has not affected any sort of growth or weight loss or anything like that if anything it’s made me feel better because it gave me more of a passion to do this because now it’s like I’m showing people what you can’t accomplish on it with on a vegan diet so it just kind of inspired me even more but you can absolutely do whatever you set your mind to and I hope that you like my story and I hope that if you have if you have this desire inside of you to become to get a fit healthy body and to be the best version of you I hope that you go out there and do it because you are 100% capable of doing it you just got to turn that switch on turn the switch on get your ass to the gym or maybe it’s not the gym maybe you want to go running when you want to go to yoga class whatever it is and maybe you need somebody to help maybe you need a mentor or a coach like I did my friend Jason was the very first person to mentor me and maybe that’s what you need and there’s a million people out there with great knowledge in their brain so it’s just reach out to somebody or read Travelling INDIA as a VEGAN?!?!

This is my comprehensive review of travelling Hong Kong and India, including Varansi, Agra, Jaipur, Delhi and Goa in January/February 2018. I am sharing some general tips about travelling India as well as specific tips of travelling as a vegan. India definetly is a paradise for vegetarians and vegans alike! We explored many different places, including the Ganges in Varanasi, the Tah Mahal, the Pink City and Palace of the Winds in Jaipur, the Nahargarh Fort, Sunset Temple and beautiful beaches in South Goa. We also attended the indian wedding ceremony of two friends and it was a lot of fun! Like this whole trip! Hope you enjoy it!

Day in the Life of a Yogi, Vegan, Tiny House Minimalist! VLOG

Hey guys so every single morning now that I have my blender I always make my slow speed this recipe is inspired by freelee the banana girl shoutout and it’s bananas dates oats coconut water coconut sugar and some regular water now it’s time to check my hippies and granola Facebook group which I post inspirational quotes and information about my yoga video so definitely check that out if you have a chance you hey guys I just got off the phone with mark and t-mobile and so one thing about living in a tiny house is that especially if you’re off-grid you don’t have a lot of options for internet and what I’ve been doing for the last three and a half months is I’ve been paying for a office space it’s like a shared co-op office space in downtown Berkeley so that I can upload videos and I can work on my website and do all of my business needs there it’s a little bit expensive obviously because you’re paying for the space and you’re paying for the really fast internet there but it’s not that I’m working full time and also teaching more classes than I was last year it just doesn’t make sense for me to constantly travel downtown to go use internet so I’ve been trying to look up options and trying to see what’s going to work best for me and I ended up finding a YouTube video from this other off-grid tiny house located in Hawaii and they’ve been using t-mobile’s hotspot so I think that’s what’s going to work best for me I’m really excited I’m going to switch over from AT&T so that I can tether onto my laptop and I can truly be off-grid and actually work from home so that I’m not constantly traveling back and forth and I’m not losing time and it’s just going to work out so much better it’s going to lift a load off my shoulders and so that I don’t have to constantly worry about you know meeting deadlines um and getting the videos out on a timely manner and it’s just everything the whole process has just been really slow the last couple months so I’m really excited I’m heading off to do that at t-mobile and then I’m going to take you with me to go get wash for parking is in Berkeley California you have to pay for parking everywhere you go all right guys so was able to get everything that I needed but it is going to take like a full day for me to get my five so and walking to my car it’s always super strange to vlog that’s why I don’t do it very often looking at you funny and it’s just awkward but yeah I’m gonna head back to the car you’re going to get some fun some white by hand to quickly come home so I could grab a change of clothes and start getting ready to teach the class so I came home and of course there’s the little puppies getting in trouble they got into the trashcan once again and these little guys there’s no bad so I’m going to have to clean this up but yeah so everyone always asks me where I put my clothes when you come into the tiny house it doesn’t really look like we have a closet so we actually keep all of our items in our little couch area which is actually a chest that we converted into an ax equal huh so after I figure out what I’m gonna wear to teach I put all of that in my little gym bag and take it with me to the yoga studio this day was a pretty cold day in Berkeley so I decided to wear my scarf and it looks like the little puppy had to blow jack downs here okay so I just had to make a quick stop at Target and the tiny house is getting a little bit colder now that the season is changing so we just have to get a space heater so that’s what I’m looking for right now okay so major fail they don’t have any heaters right now so that means I just wasted a good ten minutes of my already limited time that’s okay I’ll probably end up going to Home Depot at some point between classes hopefully I have enough time for that and to grab some dinner so right now I’ll be headed to the yoga studio and get start getting ready for class so your people I made it to the studio and I’m just going to take a quick shower and start getting ready to practice a little bit of movement before I’ve students start coming in so I’m pretty early I’m probably going to chill out I have some stuff to do on my phone still and and then start my stretches and stuff like that so oh I feel so much better so I got to take a really nice hot shower and I am about to go ahead and do a little bit of a practice very very short because I’m running out of time before I have to open up the doors and get prepared for my students all right practice time is over and I’m going to start to open up the doors and get see who comes because you never know and as a oka teacher it’s hard to know who’s going to actually show up to class on any given day and again this is something that they these yoga teachers that are online or any yoga teacher is going to tell you as a student that sometimes people show up sometimes people don’t it’s a pretty big gamble even teachers that have been established for a while still don’t know how many people are going to show up to class so we’ll see this is the first studio I’ll be teaching at and then I will be heading over to the second studio about 15 minutes away from here and I’ll be teaching at super late night candle light flow class and there so it may be a little too dark for filming when I get there but hopefully you’ll be able to at least see me get into that venture I’m starting to get a little bit tired but once I get some food after class after this class I will hopefully have a little bit more energy I’m really craving a burrito right now so I might stop at Chipotle and get some of that the only reason I say Chipotle is because it’s really cheap and they do do a fully vegan burrito so I’ll be hopefully getting that right after class and then heading over to the next studio so I’m going to shut off the camera I don’t want to film my students just yet because I do respect their privacy and I don’t want to invade on anybody’s you know spiritual practice so I won’t be filming them but I will be hopefully filming a couple videos really soon with some volunteers and hopefully that will come up soon on my website as well anyway I will see you guys later ah alright so I just finished teaching um at Berklee yoga Center and now I am headed over to get something to eat real quick and then heading over to the second sphere so it’s officially starting to get dark so I’m not sure um if I’ll be able to take you with me to the next studio but I was able to get myself a nice big in a burrito I’m gonna bite into this bad boy in a second with some chips small bag of chips and that’s gonna be my dinner for tonight and so hopefully I get to see you guys soon and thanks for watching

Ridin’ Dirty, Post-Election Thoughts, and Vegan Athletic Apparel!

it’s a recovery and feels good to get out and do a big long ride three and a half hours so post read meal is the classic dilla I just was feeling it today so you forget some refried pinto beans spinach some spices get some avocado going little salsa oh yeah baby whoo so um I’ve had a little bit of time to think about the you know outcomes of this election although I’m still kind of reeling I’m still trying to figure my out and still trying to figure out how to react and what to do and what to go where to go from here I don’t have any answers I don’t really know what to do except continue to follow my passions and follow the things I love love the people that are in my life show compassion lead by example and maybe I’m just too optimistic I’m a very optimistic person but I refuse to give up and refuse to concede into negativity and depression and sadness it sucks this out you know this election was ridiculous from from all aspects but that doesn’t mean that everything is over we collectively are an incredible force and if we focus on compassion focus on love and can focus on inclusion then we can do amazing things try not to get down on on everything and feel hopeless and helpless um because we can do something and I don’t know exactly what that is but I’m focusing on continuing to help people you know be healthy and happy and compassionate and passionate and to not stand for the blatant racism and the misogyny in the the fear and citing behavior and homophobic tendencies and thoughts I’m not willing to stand for it and neither should you this this is such a more important time than ever to truly stand up for that stuff if you ever see it you know maybe we’ll do another in-depth video about this later on but at the same time I don’t feel like it’s worth dwelling on we need to move forward let me know you know leave a comment below what do you think is the best way to move forward from this I don’t like I don’t want to have a lot of negativity on this channel and on thought for food so I want to move forward and keep this fun and entertaining and educational and to hopefully help to provide a you know an educational and safe space for people to comment to learn about how to live their lives better all right back to the normal scheduled goofy weird thought for food blog oh my god guys look what just came in the mail vegan athletic apparel so you guys know that I like to ride bikes we’ve helped riding bikes a lot there’s a lot of fashion I like you know really cool cycling kits and stuff I don’t ever really by myself clothes very much and I don’t definitely have no fashion sense when it comes to everyday normal clothes but I have a pretty good fashion sense when it comes to cycling clothes let’s open this up and see what’s up oh my god yes look at that mm-hmm and anyway bib shorts and so as as you know I like cycling I like the ethical side of plant-based living and this company being athletic apparel is new to the scene but they’re doing amazing things they’re making ethical clothing it’s really high quality really cool well designed and as a result it that it costs a high premium dollar but at the same time it is voting with your dollar for a company that is ethical for a company that is focused and dedicated to helping improve the lives of animals humans in the planet and so they’re just really on board and being on the same page it’s thought for food in a lot of ways and so I just really felt the need to support them and I’m really excited to see them grow and to help change the paradigm of cycling and the thought about cycling and in the world which I’m really excited about something I want to do and to help more cyclists become more aware of the world around them so I’m really excited to wrap this kit set them free alright guys late I’m working on a really cool project that I’m super excited to share with you guys with thought for food it’ll be coming soon but I just want to say super grateful for in this time of uncertainty messed up up stuff that’s going on in our country right now I’m just excited for companies like being athletic and like beyond me and Tesla and SpaceX that are still continuing to push forward and you know set the bar higher for sustainability for ethics and for health and so it gives me optimism it gives me hope and it makes me really excited for the future even though you know despite these crazy things that are going on so I hope everyone has an awesome rest of your night go eat some plants what’s your thought for food
